the risk was in choosing stamped mail from US to canada - for more assurance pay for tracked shipping - plus i refunded them for anyone else seeing this comment

@@katherinekaras I would have paid the extra shipping / tracking costs if I could have. But I believe that if you're selling products, they should be garunteed to be delivered at some point. I appreciate the refund, but it was very disappointing that I never got to enjoy your prints and bookmarks.
