"Why not speedrun Handgun%?" I actually did come up with a route for this! You can warp to the Arena at Level 2 and manipulate the Lubicant soul (only 500 shots required). Even with max Lubicant boost, however, damage stays at 1 - that's how bad the Handgun is. Positron is the definitive gun% speedrun for Aria imho

Yeah, Handgun playthroughs are much better as casual runs. Speedrunning with the Handgun is just asking for pain.

I really Enjoyed Dawn of sorrow Gun%, perhaps a RPG% might be viable? It might be grueling but combat might be interesting. Don't know if a Valmanway% would be that different or as interesting as Terror Bear% Also, this wasn't a gun run. It was definetly a Potato Pancake run.

Only played Aria recently through the collection and found your channel because of it. If one hasn't been done, how about a Bat%? AR code to start with Giant Bat soul. Stay in bat form wherever possible, using soul combinations to attack.

Was shuriken in this game or not? Also i recall one game had a weapon called ?dart?: hit the middle of an enemy for massive damage? Maybe that was a skill? Honestly at this point every weapon/skill damage only is a speed run. With or without that MP infinity ring.

Dart was a subweapon skill of Jonathan in Portrait of Ruin, iirc. I could be wrong on the slot it existed in, it might've been a main weapon but yeah!

Positron Rifle is a Boss Rush exclusive, a recommended strat is Black Panther + Red Minotaur + Chaos Ring (or just a lot of Mind Ups).

it's quite easy. finish boss rush under 5 minutes (but not less than 4 or you'll get another reward). there is also a silver gun that functions identical to the regular handgun but without halving your damage.

The guns are kinda subestimated in VideoGames, a real gun can pierce the Human body, so it can Oneshot a Zombie if you aim Right, but pierce damage can have its own element to adjust to enemies like skeletons who are hard to aim, but of course, the guns must have something special like Explosive bullets or something to harm something like a Legion, but the damage is Just ridiculous because of the low it is on games
