Hello, I have a ticket in Mississippi for this reason, it is from January 2021 due to the pandemic I could not pay it on the deadline, about 6 months later I called to ask if I could still pay it & I said yes, after a couple of months I dialed to pay it & they didn't find any ticket that matched & to date I still owe it

So....marijuana 250 fine, the bag it was in 500 fine and up to 6 months in prison. Makes sense. The way the statute is written the judges desk, gavel, any books, beverage, etc are all paraphernalia.
