I helped a drunk guy off the roadway and he fell off and had slight accidents, I was accused of pushing him to the roadway, I was charged and that affected my livelihood. He stopped bringing her home, keeping her in the front seat as a passenger (uninsured this way). He saw her as a good candidate to live off of if he helped her, two against just me.. I had to file because he is Hiv positive, it was my attempt to get her away, send the message. Nothing worked, shes heavily medicated & he also was getting access to those. "He has a bad back" was her reason for giving them to him. He was her False Accuse witness. She was Awarded most of my lifes work, Entitlements was the reason for this. Shes now ove 10 years of Wont Pay ordered kid support. I have a police report of them xaught naked in that car,von it it spells out his disease & her vulnerability.

Nope. Not in McHenry County (Illinois). Walked into an ER, gave a false name (not proud - addiction issue 2015). It was charged as a FORGERY felony. Yes. I am a professional (PhD) with NO background, and in spite of our attempts - the prosecution (and judge) insisted that I was such a threat to society, that I must accept a felony conviction. My entire life took a big hit. Fortunately, my career and my ability to take care of my family, wasn’t destroyed because of my professional history and ally’s (pharmaceutical medical writer). But, I couldn’t help but feel for people with rough lives and no education as a felony all but destroy’s their chances of ‘legally’ taking care of their own family’s. We are product’s of our own decisions, no doubt. But a felony makes your bad decision last a lifetime. And that’s ridiculous. Something that I never thought about until 2015. That horrible time has passed and I’ve moved on. But, when I saw this pop-up on KZbin, I couldn’t leave without a comment. I’m sure you are an excellent attorney. But, during a time when America watched one violent criminal after another get their charges dropped or downgraded, because of the usual ‘marginalized’ BS excuse - McHenry County needed my case to stick. I wish I'd have known about you a couple weeks ago. I just lost a case v my own mother. . . I did not expect it to extend a year and hold up because of how silly it was, but I got railroaded by my older, mentally ill brother and elderly mom. No more CCW and it's on my record.
