@ South Main Auto repair LLC !! Great video you are indeed a Genuius for finding and posting this one ! Po406 is definitely the issue on these no crank no start for these dodges (Exhaust Gas Regulators) mine had green antifreeze in mine causing it NOT to crank or start changed the EGR valve after buying a New battery,new starter, crank and cam shaft sensors (MOPAR only will work on these dodges if you don't want the check engine light to come on ) New PCM, and my latest of yesterday ignition coil ! For the longest the dodges journey wouldn't start up when it would sit over night or when it was cold outside ! the whole time it was the Bad EGR valve in which mine was replaced and NOMORE problems only difference was my dodge wasn't throwing the code of the po406 ! After coming across your video swapped out the EGR valve and wa- la your words and video are the wisdom to magic ! Sun's mother came and caught the bus and drove 4 states over had to get the thermostat changed on the way nomore problems ! and everything Is all GOOD Thank you sir for your video !

I must say along with so many other owners of the 2010 Dodge Journey, it sucks big big big time. It just started the click, click, no starter turn over. Try the key turn again and boom, you're lucky it started. You guys did a ultra complete job, congratulations is well deserved.

Hey clay I have a 2017 journey se I had to replace the battery and alternator and after doing so a couple of days later it wouldn’t start the security light started flashing and a lightning bolt on the bottom left of center of screen when I push the start button was told the security lock out and to disconnect the ground for 10 min and reconnect which it work a started but after the 4th time starting it would do it again, took to dodge dealer they said it’s the run start relay they changed it cost way to much and it did the same thing took back then they said it was the wiring going to the starter the replace with out my consent but I payed them again and it still doing the same think after the 4th time starting it it won’t start do you know anything or anybody that has had the same problem

Actually what you said is very very funny I tell you at the very end of the video what the problem was and I also made video (it’s a different one) of showing you how to fix that problem lol obviously you’re a video skipper if you would’ve paid attention you would know how to fix your problem. I don't have your tool to check the fuses, there is other tool to check it? like a multimeter?

2013 Journey keeps blowing ASD "b" fuse. Will not start. Cranks only. All other fuses are good. HELP

More than likely it would be a crank sensor When you’re cranky the engine does the RPM gauge move it all? If it doesn’t move at all that’s Generally a crank sensor I would give that a try if you can’t look at live data

Brand new starter, brand new battery ran great for 2 weeks now won't start again

I have a 20210 Joirney with a no start issue after it warms up. I replaced the starter twice but problem persists. After driving it for about 30 minutes and parking it for 5 or 10 minutes, it won't crank, it just clicks but won't crank. I have to wait about 30 minutes for it to cool down and then it will start. Please help.

I had the same issue and finally had to put dielectric grease on the starter. Remove the Pos cable, clean thoroughly, apply grease to post and cable and reattach

I have a dog is Johnny 2014 it is an automatic transmission and it has been randomly saying press clutch to start all the electrical stuff seems to be working but it will not go through and start the engine also the brake will not let me press it down all the way can you please help diagnose this issue I have got it working again by doing random things but like using the key fob pressing five times holding the shifter in neutral instead of park and taking off the battery terminals and D charging the battery and jumpstarting nothing consistently fixes this issue please help

Well mostly on Chrysler products you can turn the key on and off three times. And it will display the codes on the dash

My journey is screwed my car only won't turn over when it's below zero yesterday was plus one it started beautifully I put gasline antifreeze and filled my tank, then ran it around a bit and by morning temperature dropped to -15 and choked but wouldn't start again😔 same thing happened last winter and gas line anti freeze worked great! this year no luck 🤔 my car has brand new everything.I got a brand new manifold and pipelines new battery all my fluids are topped up so I have no clue transmission good engine good when the car doesn't turn over I do see a lightning bolt popping up maybe you can help me?

Lightning bolt means throttle body is bad. Just changed mine and car still won't start! Also changed starter, spark plugs, wires and battery is fine! Hoping it's just the relay, so about to give up at this point!
