Possibly the Best Air Fryer Steak We've Ever Had

We wanted to try out a steak cooked in the Air Fryer. We cooked mine at 200 Deg C for 12 minutes and it came out medium rare, Sharon wanted hers cooked a little more so we done hers for 14 minutes and it came out medium to well done so we think that 10 minutes would be ideal for medium rare. They were superb.
Here's today's ingredients.
We are using Rib - eye steak.
Today we chose Chestnut mushrooms.
Some battered onion rings,
Some frozen chips or fries,
A bowl of mixed salad of your choice.
For our peppercorn sauce you'll need 1 tablespoon of whole black peppercorns,
2 teaspoons of gravy granules,
1/4 of an oxo cube,
1/2 a teaspoon of marmite and 150 ml of double cream.
