If you are going to cook a Ribeye steak in your air fryer you need to crank it up to 400f and depending how thick the steak is you should pre heat the fryer for about 5 minutes. Then you put the steak in if you want it medium rare cook for about 4 minutes then flip it over for another 4. If you want it to be medium put it in for 6 minutes per side. My steak was 2 inches thick with a lot of marbling. I use the Power XL 8 quart and you can put two steaks in at once for faster cooking for dinner.

Obvs you'll need to tweak the cooking time to get it how you like it - rare or blue etc - but when you rest the steak under foil cover the foil in towels to insulate it. That will stop the steak getting cold and will allow the heat to soak into the centre.
