Well though out and well built. Wish I had the money to get one.

It is a very good blasting machine, I used daily 8hours for years and allways workin good.

An adjustable forearm pad would be a nice accessory for someone that stands at it all day (like I did). Maybe gel around the openings. The trap door for fallen items is a nice feature. Double doors to prevent warping is a good idea.

We have an adjustable arm rest that can be added to our blast cabinets. You can see it in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hZC5on1tdq2Nfs0

This blasting machine looks very nice, thanks for the video! Can the dust outlet of the reclaim be installed through the wall to the outside of a building to eliminate the dust bag and having to clean the bag?
@blastitall2 жыл бұрын
We recommend our customers trap the dust and dispose of it responsible. Even with eco friendly blasting media other materials can be added to the dust through the blasting process. If you are looking to cut down on the maintenance and mess a bag can sometimes be, you could look at out cartridge dust collectors with revers pulse cleaning. blast-it-all.com/cartridge-collectors/

Looks interesting so went to site to check out pricing. There was none. I guess they dont sell direct to the public or apparently wants visitors to their website to fill out their personal info to provide pricing.

Hi there. This is interesting. Am I right in thinking, that this cabinet setup with this particular cyclone has no extraction in the upper part of the cabinet? As far as I can tell, the cyclone pulls media from the bottom of the cabinet, which presumably is filled to a level above where the media outlet to cyclone pipe exits the cabinet. This then negates any dust clearing effects of the visible airspace inside the cabinet would it not? The cyclone in this case is not an extractor, but rather a fine media dust separator. Does the cabinet not get dusty and visibility reduced with this system? How much media would you keep in a system like this? Thanks.
@blastitall2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for your question. No media or dust remains in the cabinet. All dust and media are pulled via 300 cfm of air flow from the bottom of the cabinet through a 4" flex hose and enters the reclaim to be separated. The heavier re-usable media falls through a trash screen that separates any heavier debris/trash from the blasting process and and into the bottom cone where it can be fed back into the blast gun. Dust being light enough to be extracted is pulled from the good media and turns vertically where it follows the airflow into the dust bag or dust collector for collection and disposal. If you have any more questions, feel free to email us or call. We'll be happy to go over the operation.

That is a fantastic system. It seems like this company have done what none other could. Just a pritty that the plans for building such a machine had to be basically given over a large period of time. I am currently building a new machine and find some of the features to be great. Especially this one. I do have another suggestion for the manufacturer, however, I'd like to rather meet up and discuss as I have not seen it on any other machines so far. Also would be great to incorporate your products into my build. Would only make sence to have a supplier that seem to innovate and improve, rather than except the traditional methods to put a pause on the potential business that a machine could generate. After all technology is ever changing and the industry similarly continue to develop those small but essential elements that makes the day in the life of an artisan and company just a bit more comfortable. Well done.

What would be the smallest cfm compressor this cabinet needs to run.

The Little Blaster has a standard gun with a 21 CFM @ 80 PSI Air Jet. We do offer a 12 CFM @80 PSI Air Jet. You can find the 12 CFM Air Jet here: blast-it-all.com/product/3-air-jet-with-3-32-orifice/ You can find more information about CFM requirements here: blast-it-all.com/cfm_requirements/

On the LB reclaim, would there be any benefit in using your 400 CFM on the small cabinet? Or would the 400 be overkill? Thank you and happy holidays.

We do have some options for that, but for most customers they are not needed.

You should probably get over yourself & just keep paying other people to do blasting for you, as it's fairly apparent that you are _totally_ clueless
