One of your better plans as it includes a seat and storage at the front door. I would still add a door in the laundry for a family entrance/ mudroom. I would also add additional shelves and a desk space in the lounge wall so the long desk can be removed. Then the couch can move back and chairs added for conversation/ interaction.

Très belle maison vraiment ! Enfin un grand salon séjour et une entrée qui ne "tombe" pas tout de suite dans le canapé ! Très bien. Un beau coin repas et cuisine fonctionnelle. Les chambres ont toutes de grands placards et grand luxe, une des salles de bains a douche et baignoire ! Félicitations, belles portes fenêtres également et lumière naturelle partout. Bravo on a envie de s'y installer aussitôt !! Bravo 👏. Isabelle.

All concept and no actual building to walk into. It’s not the same. I don’t know of many communities that allow this type of roof. I see this as an apartment stacked on top of other apartments.

This plan offers more storage, but yeah Fengshui wise it's not recommended as well. You can flip the bed to the other side, and have the desks move to original bed area and have full closet at the previous desk area, this will have less stroage than be original plan but might be more comfortable.
