31:00 Entropic - chaotic; without form or order; changing. Comes from the Greek en- "within" and trop- "change", change within referring to a closed system. Entropy is lack of order or predictability it can also mean decline into disorder. Physics definition involving thermodynamics is obviously not applicable in the use case, but it's a measure of the available energy a system has. In the context it means that the environment changes so you end up with different things due to changes.

@MegaVidFan12 жыл бұрын
That's the point he's making. He wouldn't skip the tutorial if is it wasnt just a text box. People dont like reading a lot of text, not since 2003 at least, so we like tutorials like Elden Ring or Valheim, which just let you get right into the action whole also explaining the basics. Although yeah he does ignore some actually interesting tutorials for the sake of the show, I'll give you that.

3:19 Arin you are basically the reason some tutorials some to be done like that though, because if it isn't you will end up spending the entire game not knowing how to do something because you ignored every single minor nudge and hint the game gave you previously and then yell "Well it's not my fault the game never told me." Despite the fact that the game did tell you in exactly what you claim is your preferred way. And this is genuinely only worth pointing out because Arin keeps carrying on so confidently with no self reflection on this point.
@emstink2 жыл бұрын
Arin likes tutorials that are intuitively melded with gameplay. Where it asks you to try something, and you try it, and you see what happens and learn for yourself. He doesn't like big long textboxes explaining what would happen if you tried something hypothetically in a future scenario that isn't currently happening thus as soon as the textbox disappears you immediately forget everything that was just told to you.
