Yea quite a bit different aye. They are a National pest here. We can trap them all year round although fur is a lot thicker during winter

By the way mate the 1st possum you plucked clean had a Joey in its pouch, so hope you dealt with it, otherwise wouldn't of been a nice way to go. If you didn't notice Allgood but make sure for next time you check if they aren't a male. Cheers
