Pool of oil behind rear cylinder dripping from rocker box cover, both base gaskets weeping a mixture of 20/50W and copper gasket sealant.
Gradually tweak all relevant nuts until either it stops, or they can't reasonably be tightened any further.
Ironheads leak. True then, true now, true forever.
