Hi everyone! I recently stumbled upon some videos that I recorded in my garage prior to opening Bounce Fit Studio. There are four uploaded videos that focus on stretching and foam rolling. Hope you enjoy them! Stay on the lookout for a new rebounding follow along workout!
After you have identified what is tight and you have foam rolled, it's time to stretch! Please use these techniques prior to any workout to help prevent injury.

@@bouncefitstudio4384 i will. I have been doing alot of band work instead of weights also. I llove weights my body doesnot. lol

@@bouncefitstudio4384 can i be greedy and ask you to do real time videos for the recovery series. I focus more if i follow you. My brain wanders too much when i do the stretches myself. Thanks again for all your time and effort to heal lus

Deana Gonnsen in the meantime, take note of each stretch. Set a timer in front of you and start at 30 seconds working up to 2-3 min of each stretch in the areas you’re the tightest. Less time in those you’re not. Use timer on your phone. This will keep you honest. 🤗
