Nothing is going to change with the Dolphins anytime soon. They're a mid-grade organization at best. The front office is NOT changing in 2025. The QB is not a solvable issue without significant costs. The trenches don't get replaced/fixed without a restructuring.

Time for an organizational cleansing. Get rid of the old, injured, overpaid, spoiled, toxic veterans, and start filling the locker room with young, hungry football players who love the game and can help create a winning culture. I honestly don't even care that much about fixing the oline or any one position right away. We need to start drafting the best players available, regardless of position. Every time we try addressing needs, we end up with Waddle over Sewell, Cam Smith, Noah Igbinoghene, or Austin Jackson instead of BPA.

Same. I guess the check from the NFL cleared. I've been a fan for 40 years....he's a clueless old man at this point, just pretending he cares about the fans. I can't follow another year of Grier incompetence.

@ - 25+ years of a franchise being largely irrelevant is damn near impossible given the current structure of the NFL today. Yet, Miami has somehow pulled it off. The one common denominator in this equation is Chris Grier. He’s been with the franchise in one capacity or another regarding player personnel since 2003. Obviously, he hasn’t been here for the entire duration of this living Hell but he’s been here long enough to own a lot of it. Grier’s not the only reason we’ve become a joke but he’s a very big part of it.

68 years old and a fan from 1960, I am done with the dolphins and Grier, McDonalds too. goodby and good riddance to all fans who are enabling Grier and Ross
