audrey!!! since you’re working for yourself, try looking for a co-working space near you! that’s a good way to get out of the house/be around other people and still be productive/get your work done!

I love watching your videos. I hope you feel better soon and get out of the funk. Also it’s okay to not be productive always and doing things for fun, like reading. You have to be able to relax in order to also accomplish things. You got this❤❤

I love your attitude! Don’t give up. Giving yourself grace and getting with people is the best thing to do as you move through this “transplant” phase. It can take a few months, but pretty soon it will feel normal. It just takes time. Love your vlog❣️

AUDREY, YOU NEED TO GO OUTSIDE AND GET SOME SUN 🌞. IT'S SO IMPORTANT TO HELP WITH A PERSONS MOOD AND FOR YOUR SKIN.20-30 minutes makes a World of difference. Also, I am Exactly 💯 the same way...when I get my hands on a book I'm Loving....I Can't put it down and certainly look forward to the next if there is a series. I'll read until 2am-4am, then wake up late afternoon with little energy 😢. I'm taking a break because I finished 19 books in one series in only 9 days 😮. It was that Good. My eyes 👀 need a bit of a Rest 😅. This video was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING....I ❤❤❤ these kinds of vlogs (Day in the Life) and the longer the better 😂. Take care and God bless 🙏✨ you. Looking forward to your sister's move in and seeing your Mom in action again 😉😁. Laterz 🤘. Oh, I know this thing. I call it "entrepreneur's anxiety". I have it at full scale. I consider it as part of being an entrepreneur, nothing I can do about it. Oh, and I cannot normally eat through it either - nothing feels right.

As someone who is an introvert. I tried to make it a point to at least go out once a day. Not for a long period of time let's say I need to go to the dollar store so dollar store opens at 9:00 so I'll take the bus at a quarter to 9:00 get there at 9: 05. Get this stuff I need to get be home by 9:45 or 10. I have time to walk around, time to grab coffee if I choose, without a lot of people and being. Or let's say go to Chapters and I just want to browse I will leave the house at 8:00 to make sure I get the connecting bus to be there for a quarter to 9:00 I grabbed coffee, pay the bills I need to at the bank, so I have time to walk around and enjoy chapters opens at 10:00. I leave by 11: 00 and I'm home by 12:00. The reason I mentioned this is because I have a disability and in the winter time it's really hard for me to get out but I at least try to get out once a week for non work-related stuff. There is an exercise room in my building, laundry is also there so I do get out of the apartment but I make sure I do things when other people aren't around. Because I don't like a lot of people in my business, I don't like crowds I constantly have my music going. When I go to work I work 12-hour shifts. So I get 2 days off. To be honest most days I don't feel like leaving but I do it because you need to get out of the environment you're in as it your mind set. And when I come home I have my cats you are very much like service animals for me without actually being qualified. I've had them for 13 years they know when I'm stressed, they know when I have to lay down, let me know when I'm sick (which is very rare I can go years without actually being sick) and again I don't live in New York I'm coming from someone who grew up in the county and now unfortunately lives in the city. I know from experience that fresh air and the change of environment helps.. if you work from home. Try going to a park and doing your stuff there. Sit under a tree read a book, pack a snack. It's the little things but it can change everything.

If my mother saw this, she'd ask if you're PMSing. I watched this and thought "this girl needs to drink more water." Yes, you're tired from not sleeping, but you're also not feeling good in the heat, and saying you feel swollen. That's a sign of dehydration. Drink water (not coffee, not energy drinks). Also, to avoid what my friends and I call "getting fucked at the drive-thru" always check your food order before you walk/drive away.
