It’s been a month since I became an Ironman - where has that time gone? Here’s what I’ve been up to over the past 4 weeks since Ironman Copenhagen - recovery has felt strange after so many months of Ironman training, but a mental and physical break from the rigid structure of an Ironman prep has been much needed. Plans have been set for the next few months of training, and with a slightly different focus, I’m feeling excited and motivated to get back into some proper training.
