Everyone wants to know about that 3rd leaf. It's the one you mentioned that tighten things back up and to me is most important out of the 3. I was old enough to remember when my mom was pregnant with my last siblings many leaves were collected from our garden to make this tea. Mango, papaya, avocado, sour orange, sugar apple, lime, castor oil tree. We had a huge garden. I remember when I was sick as child grandma would take leaves from the sour orange tree put a bucket of water outside to seep from the hot sun take a bath and pat the leaves all over my body, had me drink assosi tea (ughh) and put me to bed afterwards. Miracles. My mothers belly doesnt look like she bared 5 children. It works ladies. The tea is used to drink, bathe (pat the leaves on your body) & as vagina steam (sit over a bucket with tea inside). I think you do this for about 3 days and you wrap yourself as a mummy and sweat out the extra water and toxins. That is what I remember from childhood. I could be missing a few things which is why I would love anyone to leave comment.

The last herb is called Lachoy in kreyol. Unfortunately, I haven't found its name in English. Nevertheless, another herb which has the same tightening effect on the body/inner vagina is pigeon pea leaves. You may use that. Jamaicans call it gongo peas, Puerto Ricans/Dominicans call it grandules. We call it "pwa kongo"...as in Congo peas. Idk, maybe we brought it over from there. But it's the best. Wonderful for monthly regiment, ladies. He'll say you got that good stuff. Lol (make the tea, steam, and even let the warm leaves infuse inside you), you'll be tight!

We don't always give away our ancient Haitian African herb secrets to be exploited and profited by others who don't even celebrate or acknowledge our Coulter but we will be honored to at some point.
