Once again Max Ehmer, the covering defender, not doing his job for the first goal even slowing down after our right back committed himself. Ogi obliging for their second goal which made a nice change from Ehmer. Blaming your players after you made 4 subs and changed the system, for a defeat by “fast-starting Colchester” who are 15th in the league is bollocks and poor management

Let me get this right. Hutton makes a pigs ear of a basic block for the first goal and Ogie gifts the ball for the second but it's Max's fault for them not doing their jobs. Max might not be the best but he wasn't the worst culprit today.
