This net banking website is too slow. It takes much time and before complete the formalities the log in time expires and blocked. We have to log in to start account log in! So we have to log in two times . Moreover if we make a small mistake , we have to entire process once again from the start. Another point to note that only 5 times is allowed for mistakes and afterwards the net banking is blocked. We have to contact post office or post office mail facility to reopen the net banking. I wish the postal authorities should consider easiest way for the login process. The system of two times log in into the account should be converted into one time login. Otherwise this net banking facility by the postal dept will not be useful to the normal user.
