if you really want to be the best. You have to keep yourself inspired, and your spirits very high all the time. That will mean, a lot of socializing, training always with at least 2 others, meeting Olympians and the greatest athletes training with them all over the world. And anything else your soul needs to keep inspired.

Enjoy your content man. Good for you and all that swam the proper course. Your videos have reignited my interest in your sport. I do want to say though bro, if you want to improve your run performance, the most bang you'll EVER get for your buck will be moving away from heal striking. Up to you if you choose to believe a recreational athlete or not but I used to be a heal striker and am now on my forefoot and can tell you that you'll hardly be able to believe the difference. It's amazing to me how many elite level athletes are still heal striking. All the best bro. -A new fan

don't you think there are some learnings from the loss of your nutrition at the start of the bike at Collins Cup, as well as reduced avail of nutrition in CPH? Perhaps worthy of analysis - about getting enough nutrition, rather than too much, trying to replace all "sweat" nutrients? Can the gut/GI cope with the physical effort you are going through at your intensity and then the quantity of nutrition in your gut and your bodies ability to utilise it all?
@neon-34673 жыл бұрын
I love you Lionel but you got to get your mind right. Confidence is self belief. Confirmation is doing something that you thought you couldn't do. You don't need to screw yourself up by doing 4-5 Ironmans, just remember that you already got what it takes and your day will come. You just got to trust in the process. Stop rushing

Hi Lionel! Create video! Create of you to share your thoughts. One recommendation: get a little bit more in touch with other triathletes or get a mentor. There are some things like the current speed in a river or nutrition at the end of the marathon (coke&water), that one expects someone with your performance to know. And I bet there are a lot more things an amateur like me isn't even aware of. All the best for the season finals!

Follow him long enough to know he just talks shit depending on how he performs… one minute he is a gun on the bike, next minute its the run, then now we hear he has bad legs for 70.3 with no speed but now he is confident on a 70.3 start line but not ironman
