❤ You won Lionel, you won so much. I know & understand the disappointment. Kona is most brutal competition in the world. You have no idea how inspring you are, i had a tremendous moment on this vlog serie. I watched an amazingly dedicated warrior Thank you so much Lionel, Talbot & your wonderful family .

why he has 160 max HR, is that because of training volume or just a body specific?

It is tough but reality dictates that if you do not improve progressively then you stagnate and stagnating does not win you any races.

Today I did 10 miles on a stationary bike, I tried to stay around 200 watts but my legs were so freaking tired. I burned a little over 300 cals which I was proud of, after watching this video i feel like my workout meant absolutely NOTHING😭 Lionel you are on another level!!! I cannot wait to build up my endurance to have longer workouts, currently my left knee is injured so stationary bike is my best option

I understand you, I also don’t like to communicate with my coach. I know how I feel and I think I know better, but, maybe are not this, maybe are better to hear some one that see only your wish to be completely. I believe you can be 🥇 in Kona and also Nice.

I worry you are addicted to discomfort. Like anything its 50/50 it drives you to elite levels of fitness but it tortures you towards fatigue and burnout.

Why not use drones to deliver supplements like water, gel, electrolytes, etc during race? i.e especially while cycling and running ?
@a.kvishwanathan450517 күн бұрын
assuming racers carry 2L of drinks on their bikes, there's huge amoung of wattage lost initially and this loss decreases as the racer empty's the bottle (weight decreases). Instead the racer could carry a 200ml bottle and using drones its replanished once empty. Any thoughts?

lol, you just know in 9 months time we're getting another lionel video whining that he spent the season training too hard and he couldn't race well. very apt that you have goggins in your video.... a guy that is basically famous for turning up to events utterly unprepared and then grovelling through it and having to destroy himself just to get to the finish. think we've seen that somewhere else..... lionel will never learn, because he still doesn't understand

This guy has "stress" written all over him. He is 36, let that sink in. This is like a warning commercial not to to extreme sports and eat processed food.

Dude you are so all over the place. The video of you meditating is hilarious. You attempt to sound self accepting, wise and reasonable while the mania is clearly bubbling just under the surface. Maybe hire that coach you mentioned and do what he says. So funny that you started a video that is about being an individual athlete by asking Chat GBT to copy someone else’s workout. Love ya’ tho.
