Hey hun, make sure before you go out on a hot day to check the pavement temp with the back of your hand. If it's hot then not good for puppy's feet! A lot of dogs get burnt foot pads in summer.

My entire family got sick from a stomach virus and it had us out for a week. I have never been so sick to my stomach (diarrhea) in my life. My nephew and little brother threw up everywhere. Sounds like it might have been what we had? We went to the doctors and they said a lot of people have been coming in with those symptoms and testing negative for Corona. Stay safe love. 💕

If you have the stomach thing again please insist on an ultrasound of your gallbladder. I was about your age when I had the same thing happen. It would happen about every couple of months. The doctor chalked it up to a virus. I insisted on ultrasound and ended up have my gallbladder removed.

The sun can be deceiving even on cloudy days. Also l find from 5 pm onward, the sun is “less stronger” than say from noon to 5. Any type of walking or outdoor activity may be more comfortable at that time, otherwise go to shaded areas as much as possible 🙂

neutrogena with helioplex is the best...i ampale and do not burn with this on. also apple cider vinegar on a cloth for 15 minutes will take the sting out of the burn and leave a nice tan color instead of red.

The Bermuda shorts are a 20 but they ran a little big. The coral tee shirt is a 1x, those also run big. The other tee shirt is a 2x. The dresses I got for coverups are 3/4x. ❤️

As someone who had to do a "sign the papers" day before their actual wedding too, that date doesn't mean as much. I gave the dress I wore that day away to a friend 🤷‍♀️ I celebrate my WEDDING day, not the day I signed paperwork and I'm guessing she feels the same way
