You have a nice build. I dont think having huge mucles is sustainable. Id rather have a lean muscular build TBH. What height are you? I have plenty of muscle but want to slim down. Im 5'10 at 185. Would like to be 10lbs lighter but when im in a calorie deficit, im always hungry which i cant stand.

Hi man, i’m 5’11, if you’re 185 and have muscle, the cut is going to be insane and you’ll be shredded. Whenever i’m on a calorie deficit, you want to eat but eat less and the goal is to be a little hungry by the end of the night, that’s how yk you’re telling your body that’s it’s ok
