This just showed up and im not sure how im already subscribed since this is your only video? Destiny maybe? Lol. Anyway, i work part time cleaning an office building and you know everyone has phones. Well during my time i do stop sporadically to check texts or FB. Ive worked there 2 years. About 3 months ago there's a sign on a desk that says Stop Recording! It was right by the area above the trashcan. Ive never recorded in there, i have no reason to. So i made a point to only check my phone in the halls and the sign was gone. Then one day my boss texts me and the next day that signs back up. Then a month ago i get a text that im no longer doing that floor. No one has ever asked me anything and I've never told anyone about that sign being put up.

I'm age 21 and did gymnastics for 14 years. I grew up on the bar and hanging leg raises were how I got started when a kid. I didn't do weight abs exercises until after I got beat up at age 15 and started lifting weights seriously for hypertrophy. If you don't already do hanging leg raises they will bring out your lower abs. I used ankle weights for hanging leg raises and held a dumbbell to my chest for vault sit ups (or dangling sit ups). Wrestlers got me into weight RC sit ups with the front of the bench raised to keep flexion on the abs throughout the set. I fell in love with cable crunches where I can do high volumes with weights. I love your drive.

Colin, bro, you have wide shoulders, great muscle insertions, and a good bone structure, and are very lean at almost 170! You could be a beast and still rather lean at 190 if you wanted too, and still be athletic as well! If I lived in Vegas you better believe that I would hit the gym with you anytime because two people working together, spotting for, and pushing each other is always better than working alone! Bro you can do anything that you set your mind to do in the gym and be good at any sport that you wanted to try as well because you have a great positive mindset!💯😄💪👍
