Thanks Will. However is the same to be said about carbs? I have a feeling that's the carb which we should get asap for speedy recovery not protein? Is this what you would recommend?

Is it 0.3-0.5g/kg of bodyweight daily or per serving when you do it every 4hours?

Per serving every 3 to 4 hours to try and achieve total daily amounts.
