Our Super High-Carb Mix is super flexible and it digests like food. It gives you the ability to put anywhere from 20 grams of carbohydrate to 40 grams of carbohydrate for every 100 mils of fluid. As a starting point to make a Skratch gel, use 1 scoop per every 1-1.5 ounces of water. You can always start with less and add more as needed, based on your caloric needs and texture preferences.
For best results shake + massage the mix in the soft flask and allow 20 minutes to dissolve fully. It can be made 1-2 days ahead and refrigerated. Or make ahead in another device and pour into your flask when ready!
Pro tip: Save more with a bulk bag of our High-Carb mix, plus the reusable flask cuts down on wrappers and trash.
