I live in a house where a violent murder happened. Been here for 8 years. The energy in the house was very heavy. I worked with smudging and tried hard to replace the negative energy but still feel it lingers. This is why these homes are hard to sell and to live in.
@zen4men
@zen4men Жыл бұрын
Here is an idea. I dowse using my hands ( i.e. no rods ), and have cleared places of negative energy. The energy moves in spirals, and negative energy is wide and discordant. So what you do, is bring the energy into a tight spiral, and then throw energy from your heart into the spiral.

what happened at your house? Was it a single homicide or a multiple? Did your realtor disclose the crime prior to you buying it? Any paranormal activity? I am fascinated by the people who go through with the buy, despite the history of the home.

If I had a Summer Beach Home I would prefer to be there like Maggie. Maggie was at the beach house opening up the beach house for the Summer. That lets me know she Was traveling back & forth from properties. There were people working to open up the Beach house. If she had been there a long time she would not have been opening up the Beach House.

If I had a vote it would be turned into a nature reserve. It may be swampy but that is the nature of the land. Let it be; let the hogs have their day, unhunted, along with other wildlife. I would not wish to live there.
@nowandthennn
@nowandthennn Жыл бұрын
You couldn’t do that for very long because hogs have at least 5 pigs to a litter and they would overrun the farm land and start edging close to town . I was raised with hogs around and they destroy everything in site if left alone .

Todd Crosby is Ronnie Crosby's brother. Ronnie is one of the partners in the firm Alex worked at and embezzled funds Pretty sure Alex had to relinquish the property to the firm as a partial repayment to them towards his embezzlement. You can see Ronnie testifying against Alex at the hearing. Ronnie was also asked by Alex to perform the eulogy at Paul's funeral.

Ronnie Crosby considered the family as friends. .of course he would consider it an honor to be asked to give the eulogy. Alex was not suspected of the murders or of the massive thefts at this time. The house was heavily mortgaged and the bank needed to recoup their funds....FIRST!

So very strange that there is NO mention of the airstrip there. The kennels are in a converted airplane hanger and the property was sold to Murtaugh by close friend of his who since died of cancer and who he also cheated. I believe he was convicted of illegal drug distribution. Your series on Murtaugh is really interesting and solid but this report seemed a bit ‘cutesy’.

Randy is selling Alex's Beach property. Those spirits that dont cross over are called earth bound..often happens with a sudden traumatic death, tho not necessarily a traumatic one...saging can help, but if you ever see or feel someone, you need to say, 'go towards the light, this house doesnt belong to you anymore.", but not in an agressive way...I had a friend do this this with a hostile spirit, and they had no signs of them again...I was never afraid going into this house, but it did have a very heavy energy...a persons brother, father and mother all died at different times there.....

I told this story elsewhere here : I have a friend that bought a home yrs ago ( the early 1990s) where a man who was a prominent gay attorney lived. He was murdered with two other men one night there. A fourth man was found alive and injured hiding in a closet. (This was a southern state. I’ve often wondered if this was some kind of retribution ) She and her husband had a 12 yr old son. They were devout Catholics. Their son started having night terror type dreams where he was being pursued. They became very problematic. The parish priest and many friends and parishioners came one weekend. They went room to room as the priest led them. Holy water in hand praying to cleanse the house. It seemed to help the boy at least. But being honest a couple of yrs later she received an emergency call while at work. A gas co meter reader had found her husband in the back yard that hot summer afternoon non responsive. He’d had a major stroke. He survived but was never the same again.
