Hello I would like to clarify in 39:20 Since it was mentioned that Interest Expense for Asset Ceiling is Effect of AC, beg x discount rate, does that mean that Interest Expense should be (1,000,000 x 10%) = 100,000 instead of (500,000 x 10%)?

1:00:13 nalito lang po here kasi sa pagkaka-alam ko po dapat po sa beginning ng PBO nakabase yung interest expense. nalito po ata si sir kasi nagbase siya sa FVPA ending na 3M kaya naging 300k yung interest expense niya. kaya imbis po na 300k yung interest expense dapat po 210k. correct me if im wrong po learner lang din po hehe

Excuse me sir.. U have mistaken the FVPA ending as PBO beginning it should be PBO beginning to have the interest expense.

hello po sir clarifications lang sa 56:21. Diba yung 105,000 na interest income inaadd sa FVPA...nalito po ako kasi bakit hindi siya nasali

Included na po sya sa 310,000 na Actual Return. Namention po ni sir Rain na ung actual return has a portion of Interest Income. So alternatively, pwedeng actual return nlng dw po ang ilagay sa FVPA instead na iseparate po yung Interest Income and Actual Return dahil same lng naman din po ang magiging sagot. The difference lng naman dw po kaya sya need iseparate is for you to easily determine how much excess of Actual Return over the Interest Income should be included in the Remeasurement column.
