Jackets fan here - that was certainly a rough, sloppy, frustrating game overall, even with the relief of a victory. I feel for yall coming out with a loss.

Not an alumnus, but a big Pack fan for 41 years. I have my reasons ;-) Having said that, this pack team is the first to have completely emotionally neutered me on caring one whit whether they win or lose. Because they are gonna lose. Why expend the emotional energy. Some objective observations on 'the game.' 1) How is it that a QB who stands 6' 6" continually throws 'knock down' balls into the arms and hands of defenders. 2) How is it the defense kept the Pack in the game, but then couldn't play well enough to save the game at the end. Worn down? Appears to me the players are giving it their all. Someone hasn't given them what they need to be a 'good team.' Anyhow, I predicted last week that there is a high likelihood this team will end the season 5 and 7. They are almost there. The Tarheels haven't had a great season either, but... This is the first season I can recall that the rivalry game will not be carried on a major network channel. This year it will be viewed only on the ACC channel. Enough said.

Need to worry? Dude GT fans know their rivalry is either close or a beat down. Win or lose. That's all. For whatever reason GT plays better in UGA stadium. I get it's completely different teams each year but that's the history. That said…THWG!!

Dude, I Don't know what was happening in that booth. But the clock changes are not all management. It also Referees decisions on when a play ends. to be fair the last 1sec change was pointless. The passing game was bad and a run play kills the clock. The kick was the right call. Complain about the kicker not adjusting for the wind. It was very windy that night.
