4-13. 0-6 in the division. Getsy chosen as OC. Minshew picked as starter. Allows Davante Adams to not play in the preseason, allowing the diva to walk all over him. Zamir White chosen as RB1. Questionable in game decisions. Exactly what has AP done to keep his job?

AOC was playing worse in practice than Minshew for the first 3 months of the season. It was quite clear he was not starting for a while.

Agree, He started with a splash with the whole "gangsta/Compton/Raiiiiiiiders" act but that lasted about 2 weeks or until the season got underway and we started to see what we really got, which wasn't much in the football mind department!

AP has made critcal.mistakes Getsy, menshew, game management. We need a Head Coach OC, QB TANDEM that can develop offense and qb.

What has changed is that AP's decisions (i.e. staff, starters, two player/coach meetings, rumblings about the week preparation process) as the full time HC are in question.

What changed? Going into this season we were supposed to be seeing if AOC could be a QB1, going 5-4 to finish last season. This season, AP went off script by hiring Luke Getsy as OC who was AWFUL, and decided to start Gardner Minshew. This alone destroyed our season. We are BACK to questioning if AOC can be a QB1. So the decision making is why someone would change the mode with AP.
