I think you were too tough on yourself with the heatwave, it doesn't say each turn, and when it leaves you recover the lost health. at least that's how I read it.

I used my own "thematic" interpretation of the card after looking at the forums on Board Game Geek. It makes sense to me that a heat wave would continue and be a detrimental effect to anyone traveling or performing any labor intensive task. Maybe a 3 turn max on the effect would be proper since people learn to adapt to a situation over time.

I think adapting over time is factored in as the global -1. I also think the card effect doesn’t apply each turn

I too have been playing T.I.M.E. Stories but do not own a copy of Evolution Climate but it is on my wishlist.

I think at 4:09 u should have rolled 3 shoting dice , instead of 1. The enemy had 1shooting range and 3 dice to roll.

I did roll three dice, but only one was a successful hit. Maybe you missed me rolling the dice because I moved the ones that missed to the bottom of the dice tray fairly quick.

No problem, if you look away for a second, you miss the roll, and I swipe the dice away like a ninja, so it's easy to miss :-)
