Daughter's getting married in a couple months. To a guy greater than I could have ever imagined and whom I've come to love like a son. But I hope this tune hasnt exploded yet before then, because not halfway through it, my eyeballs started sweating like a mf, and I need to be able to make it through that day. God bless you Post. 58 years old here and you have proven one of the greatest musicians and men to come along in a long, LONG time.

Am a father of a 2 year old daughter now, hearing this song pulls so many heartstrings in me. I'm a strict tough dad with a soft spot for my girl, I can imagine my tears on the very wedding day. This song is gonna be the one I'm dedicating it over to them. Whereas at the same time, I could use this to relate to my awesome father-in-law, how he felt when he told me to take good care of his daughter. It's a good reminder that I have to be a better spouse, a better half to my wife and to show my daughter how they should be treated. Here's to all dads out there, past / present / soon to be, it's gonna be rough but it's a bittersweet journey. Anything for our sweet daughter(s)! Cheers

Wow. First, let me say that I'm a fan of post's music. Been listening for a few years and explored everything his catalog has to publicly offer. From Stoney, to Austin, as well some some of the colabs he did with other artists. Now, Secondly, let me say that I'm not a huge fan of country music. When I heard his first song from the F-1 Trillion album that he made available, I thought to myself, alright. Post is going country. I'll give it a shot. And so far, I haven't been disappointed. Now...I found this song. "Yours". Me and my wife of 9 years have a little girl. She was born in 2017. Ladies and gentlemen, I'll say this, as I don't want to bore you with my thoughts. This song hits hard. It's hard for me not to tear up while she's sitting beside me, with this song playing. She'll always be my little girl, even when she's married and living a life of her own. I love you Winter Rose.

I am from Asia. A year ago, I bought concert tickets for Edinburgh and Liverpool. The anticipation of attending the concerts has kept me motivated throughout this year. Two months ago, I visited Edinburgh, where swifties were everywhere, and Taylor's music could be heard in almost every souvenir shop. On the tram, we even sang Cruel Summer together. In Liverpool, the government set up abt 10 photo spots in different locations. After the concert, due to limited transportation options, I decided to walk back to the hotel, it took about an hour, but being surrounded by swifties made me feel safe. Thanks to The Eras Tour, I made the decision to go traveling. As someone who is usually shy, I even had conversations with many Swifties, making it a truly unforgettable experience.

I have got married one month ago, my stepdad walked down the aisle with me and he couldn’t be happier. He is really the sweetest person in the entire world. I know for sure that he is a gift from God and from my dad on heaven 🤍 I can’t listen this song without crying because I feel so blessed 🙏🏻what a masterpiece

This song is so incredibly sweet. Ive been a Posty fan for years and I cant stand a lot of country but i always knew he would be a great country singer. This guy has so much talent its unreal and everything he sings is so good.

I know Post has already done, a few country songs. But to me, this feels like his first real country song. Looking forward to more of whats to come. Keep it up Post.

Posty, you made me tear up. My dad will be walking me down the isle to this song. I am the last born and his only babygirl. He turned 65 last month and i will be turning 20 this year. My mother was 38 when she had me and passed away 5 years ago. My dad had to raise me since. He might be old style, but I couldn’t ask for a better dad. May he have the privilege of walking his only daughter down the isle.🥺❤️

Walking down the aisle or father daughter dance? Just curious 😊 imo I think it’s a father daughter dance song

@@jennaviehernandez6940 I would rather have it as a walking down the ilse song. I am South African and things are really expensive. My boyfriend and I talked about only having a Chruch wedding with no afterparty. Those are really expensive and we would much rather take the money to go on honeymoon in Japan. I thought of a first dance, but decided on my walking down the ilse song. Thank you so much for the suggestion. 🤗❤️ Edit: English is not my first language, sorry if I made some mistakes and such.🙈

@@anettevandenheever no need to apologize! That makes sense! ☺️ you both are smart to use to money for a NICE honeymoon! I wish we would have done that instead of the whole wedding lol congratulations! 💒💞

💕 My little daughter, all grown up now 15 and I’m not exaggerating when I say she’s so very precious and sweet, kind, nurturing, loving, humble, determined girl I’ve ever seen. She inspires me in many ways. Daughters are truly blessings. Yes she’s grown up now but like you said Posty she will always be my little girl 💞 😢 I pray she meets her better half one day and he keeps her as happy as she’s kept me.

So beautiful. Can I just say I am really proud of you and this song is so on target as to what this feels like when your baby finds their true love. As one of my kids said to us, ( we have 4) mom he isn’t adopting me, I’m still your child. lol now I have 3 people in my corner wanting me to succeed in life. And that’s the truth. I hope you have great son in law’s and daughter in laws like we do. I hope you have great relationships with their in laws and when you come together with everyone it’s a celebration. We enjoy our friendship with their in laws as well. Because it comes down to the fact that we all love these kids and we love seeing their kids just as much as they do. Holidays are easier with everybody together.
