Let's break down Poster 7 cause I've seen way too many auditor videos where they misrepresent what Poster 7 is about. "Photographs for news purposes may be taken in entrances, lobbies, foyers, corridors, or auditoriums when used for public meetings..." With me so far? If you're filming for a news story and want to get some B-roll footage for your "news" story, you're good to go. Unless...? "...except where prohibited by official signs or Security Force personnel or other authorized personnel or a federal court order or rule." And there it is. All it takes is a sign printed by an employee that says "No Filming" and you're done. If you continue to film even after being told to stop by an employee, they can have you trespassed. "Other photographs may be taken only with the permission of the local Postmaster or installation head." If it is NOT for news purposes, then you have to explicitly get permission from the administrator of the building. Are we clear?

You can only be arrested if the police report was in writing. Otherwise the police will claim it was merely someone's perception. That's the big loophole for anyone who calls the police and lies about summoning them. They know there is no penalty for doing it.
