lol. makes sense but: the atty says the counseling is killing marriage, not the furtherance of the divorce process with a postnup which walks the mind closer to the reality and makes it seem more real that div is imminent and is easy. we want easy, and raising more questions about the partner's intent is not going to help matters. lol Catch-22.

So what would happen, if both side can not come to an agreement. Example, he make lots of money with a big bank account, and she is a stay at home mom. He wants to keep 80% of his money and she wants atleast 50%.

She don’t have any answer. But take it from her lol😂. Some people are nasty that create these documents but I don’t believe it’s a sign of divorce I think it just resolves problem legally. And let’s be honest people are more loyal to their government and jobs the. Spouse.
