We used to have a rock hound in our hometown. He and his club would come out and comb our pasture for rocks sometimes. I sure they went along the river too. He let us see the beautiful rocks in his collection of rocks he'd already put through his tumblers. Beautiful. He'd sell them to jewelers and rock collectors. 😊😊👋👋❤❤

All you had to do was fasten the seat with nothing on the seat and then place the boxes on the seat… no annoying noise!!

Experienced same symptoms post partum and got back on my anxiety meds. Its helped me navigate the first year as a mom of 2 kiddos!!! You are totally not alone- I went through same exact experience.

I have major anxiety bipolar depression disorder and have been seeing a therapist for a year, and my anxiety is barely with me and no longer feel manic. He's given me the tools to learn how to cope with those situations. Puzzles and doing legos help my mind relax. Something I can do for a while and just walk away then come back to it. You'll learn how to comfort yourself, but it does take time. I do take meds for bipolar and depression but have anxiety meds as needed, which I hardly use anymore, but just knowing I have them makes me feel better. You got this girl!💕💕💕

Exhaustion can contribute to anxiety. Your body needs sleep and babies can interrupt that quite a bit. If you're aware and can distract yourself with something calming, it helps a lot. 😊😊👋👋❤❤

Exhaustion and not getting the recommended hours of sleep required for Adults in their late thirties is about 7 to 9 hours!!.anything less than that and your body simply messed up with health issues like diabetes, depression and High blood pressure and weigh gain mood swings and anxiety issues. Another great tool to use is to listen to calm radio on your phone or tablet Or even on your laptop they play relaxation themed music ocean waves And nature sounds to help with sleep issues.. Its ok allie to take a day off From vlogging cameras since you have other parts of life you have to do Like take care of your two little daughters and the furbabies and paying of bills and other household chores and real important stuff of life!! Think about it ❤✌✌❤👍😊

@@ivark56ofPA These may all be true, but don't be overly dramatic. When you have a new baby, lack of sleep is kind of a given. She's also nursing. Sleeping when the baby sleeps is a good answer for moms in the first months until the child starts sleeping through the night. I've raised 3 children and worked as a nurse on night shift. Women are extremely strong. One important thing is to reduce stress. Other family members can help more with the housework and Charles helps a log with Remi. Yes, she needs sleep. I believe God get's mothers through and gives that extra burst when we need it.

@@ivark56ofPA I appologize for the word overdramatic. I've had three children and I know it's now easy. Please post your own comments and stop replying to mine.

Tip to help - clip the seatbelt before putting anything on the seat to silence the alarm for next time.

fasten the seatbelt and then pack the seat?

Could you not buckle the seat belt before you put the boxes in? Tape one of the storage keys to the underside of the spare tire. That way you always have one if you need it.

Comment Commentary Time, hopefully just about to get over this cold, wiped me out for a few days but I've mostly dried up now 0:58 still figuring out her surroundings 1:34 oh I know this, this is carmine! 1:40 yeah Carmine! The pigment came from the bugs, the Aztecs mashed them together to get the red, then the Spanish used the same process after colonializing all over South America 3:07 I think you just wanted to hear the metronome again 3:43 does it see my little dog too? 6:10 and now the rocks shall turn 6:40 it'll still be noisy in the night 10:35 in a way that's meant to not cause deafness And that's My Comment Commentary~

Charles, seat belt. Allie, glad you are talking to your doctor. When I have sleep deprecation, my anxiety symptoms rise. I think @snowdogsvlogs tumbles rocks and go rock hunting. That’s a fun science project.

ROTFLMBO 😂 At Remi hanging up on Charles! Allie there’s meditation videos on KZbin. Search for them, ok? They’re helping me with my panic attacks and they have different ones. Some are for sleeping better, so are just to reset your mind during the day, and others that are just to help remind you to breathe. Some are short & some are 3 hours plus for sleeping better. They’ve made a huge difference with me and believe me I’m beyond stressed with the narcissistic abuse I’ve been through. 🫂 Charlessssssssss just fastening the seat belts should have been enough to hush that annoying sound or did you just forget to hook them closed before loading up? lol 😂
