Can you please tell the order of what medication should be given? I am so confused with order. If you give syntometrine 10iu to deliver placenta first, then give them 10iu of oxytocin and then ergometrine 500mcg and tranxamic acid 500mcg. Is this order be correct?

U give first dose of syntocinon to deliver placenta and but u give second dose of either syntocinon or ergometrine or syntometrine (u choose 1) but u don’t give syntometrine or ergometrine if patient has raised blood pressure,also the OSCe requires to to mention all medications to manage bleeding and not some
