If postnatal care has not being done already for you,do it,if it has been done use that information to ensure your MEOWS chart and Sepsis screening tool is complete,after completing,you the MEOWS and screening tool to handover to the examiner

If it’s a pregnant woman,we don’t check lochia,lochia occurs in postnatal mother,when filling a meows chat whatever is non application should be left blank❤️

We do A to E if patient is unconscious,this is sepsis and it sepsis management and assessment is the sepsis 6 bundle which is 6 steps to follow

,it’s a sepsis 6 bundle,if you have a sepsis 6 pack on u,u can commence the protocol if not wait for the ambulance while you do conservative methods
