Perfect ending 😂. I just had my sixth baby 2 days ago. It’s so nice to see your video and be able to relate. You are doing an incredible job! Congratulations on your little one.

I love that you allow yourself a happy bit of creamer in your coffee! 🥰 I’m 38 weeks pregnant & eat mostly THM; but I’ve also recovered from some really restrictive/bad habits when I was younger, so I don’t deny myself when it comes to little things that will “spark joy” 😂 About to watch your home birth/postpartum prep video! So glad I found your channel. You’re so calming to watch/listen to, and this video was genuinely helpful & made me smile! 🥰 Congratulations on your beautiful baby!

Oh, Abby! I was just thinking about you yesterday and hoping for an update. I'm glad you made this because it's so fun and little Josephine is so precious. Oh my gosh, when I saw that avo toast I was like, WHAT? Why haven't I tried that yet. I usually keep it simple but I'm totally doing that tomorrow. Savory Breakfasts are my favorite.

Great video! You look great. I am curious why you Custer feed? What are the benefits?
@RootedinRest2 жыл бұрын
Most newborns go through little bouts of cluster feeding around 2-3 weeks, a couple of months, etc., when they’re going through a growth spurt, so it makes me so hungry because it’s literally like nursing 24/7! But it builds your milk supply pretty quickly when you let them cluster feed on demand instead of trying to keep them on a schedule, from my experience.

@@RootedinRest I know what you mean about the supply- I have struggled in the past with having enough milk and I guess I always felt like if they were nursing constantly they wouldn’t ever get the fatty hind milk. Do you think that’s not something to be concerned about? 24 weeks pregnant with baby #8 and I really want nursing to work out this time!

That makes sense

If you want to enjoy creamer without all the sugar and or artificial ingredients you might try heavy cream! I’ve been using it for years and it’s my pleasure but I never feel guilty!😂👌🏼☕️
