How do you get notifications that a customer sent a message that does not have keywords in it. I see customer’s messages in the “response area” however right now I wouldn’t know I have messages unless I have the responses screen open all day or constantly checking.

Hi Brandon Amoroso, Hope you are doing well. I'm just startng SMS Marketing for one of my clients. I never worked with postscript. But here is the problem that I facing. You showed us that in automation I see that you are able to create 2 SMS Messages but when I going to set two SMS automation I'm not able to create that I don't know why when I'm going to Save Automation there is a popup showed up and said {Per CTIA guidelines, Abandoned cart automation must: 1. Have exactly 1 message 2. Be sent within 48 hours}. Could you please tell me why is this happen and also please how can I set up 2/3 SMS Autoamtion? In smsbump I never saw that kind of CTIA! Thanks awaiting for your reply :)
