Great video, I am trying to understand the effects of anxiety in terms of Postsynaptic Potential. I guess if the Neuron is in resting state then everything is fine and no particular stress is being placed upon it. However when we have EPSP's and IPSP's then we possibly have a situation where the neuron is unders stress especially if the effects of EPSP;s and IPSP;s within the membrane are prolonged or over activating. Could it be that these effects of EPSP's and IPSP's could have a balancing effect upon each other in normal operation but that this balance is lost in anxiety type situations causing the Neuron to be constantly activating locking a person into that experience for too long. Thanks, J.
