Oh man, I read Jules Verne's book "The Green Ray" when I was a child and I've always wondered if that's fiction or not, and every time I had the chance to watch the sun setting in the sea I would look for that green flash, without luck. But you managed to catch it and just showed me something that I was dreaming of seeing as a child. Thank you! I hope one day I will catch it with my bare eye. (fantastic production btw)

Well, this wasn't the green flashes I was thinking about but still interesting, I've never even heard of these Where I live there's just too many houses in the way. I remember one time (quite a while ago) when Dad took me round to one of his friends who was into astronomy. It was a cold night, and while I was there I kept seeing green flashes in the sky and I asked what it was. Apparently the conditions were just right for auroras to be seen, even though I live in southern UK.

i was searching the internet the other day for more info on this fascinating phenomenon, as a kid, I took many vacations growing up to the island of Tobago and every evening would watch the incredible sunsets over the ocean, my parents would always tell me to look for the green flash but i never really saw it, so i wanted to see a photo or video of it online and I was having a hard time finding good closeup footage, but what you showed here, this is far more than i ever could have imagined or asked for. I found your channel a few months ago when you did the futuristic Hifi video, then i came across you again with the motion extraction video, which was honestly mind blowing and wowed me. You have such a creative way of showing people new perspectives on things that so many of us see as ordinary or take for granted, I am absolutely in love with your channel and I just want to say thank you for sharing and taking the time to make this stuff for us to enjoy, i know you must get countless comments commending you on your talents, but do know that your content does greatly inspire those that it reaches. I've binged most of the videos and somehow missed this one, your channel is truly top of the class, and I am so grateful to have found it. ❤ Everything about your videos, the attention to detail, the score, the way you hook us to watch the entire thing, you are truly an expert at your craft and you are only getting better.
