Potato Cheese Balls | പൊട്ടറ്റോ ചീസ് ബോള്സ്

A perfect evening snack or even a starter before a dinner, these potato cheese balls are perfect to serve! Being crispy on the outside, with a layer of soft potato in between followed by oozing of the cheese makes it a favorable starter enjoyed by people of all ages! Happy cooking !

Ingredients:
For Potato mix
Potato - 200g
Water - 1/2L
Onion powder - 1/2tsp
Garlic powder - 1/2tsp
Salt - 1/2tsp
Coriander leaves - few
Kashmiri chilli flakes -1/2tsp
For the cheese mix
Mozzarella grated - 1/4C
Processed cheese - 2
Coriander - few
Garlic powder - 1/8tsp
Kashmiri chilli flakes - 1/2tsp
Flour mix
Flour - 5tbsp
Salt - 1/4tsp
Garlic powder - 1/4tsp
Dip
Mayo - 3tbsp
Tomato sauce - 1 1/2tbsp
Mustard - 1/2tsp

1:35-2:47- Cheese filling
2:50-5:15- Potato filling
5:17-8:02- Making a dry mixture to coat
