Chicken Nuggets | ചിക്കൻ നഗ്ഗറ്റ്സ്
An easy snack which can be made ahead and stored in the freezer.
Nuggets are made using small pieces of chicken or by using ground meat. Meat is flavored lightly with spices and herbs, breaded and fried.
A definite treat for kids!!

Chicken mince 500 g
Onion powder 1 tsp
Garlic powder 3/4 tsp
Mustard powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 3/4 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Paprika powder 3/4 tsp
Oregano 1/4 tsp
Vinegar 1/2 tsp
Bread slices 2
Eggs 2
Bread crumbs
Flour
Oil for frying

Good idea to use the other hand for coating with bread crumbs. Why didnt i think of it earlier while making cutlets. Will try nuggets soon. Nice recipe. Thanks for telling alternates to onion powder etc which i normally dont buy. 👍
