PEEL THE POTATOES
GRATE THE POTATOES
½ TSPN CHILLI FLAKES
½ TSPN MIX HERBS
½ TSPN CUMIN POWDER
½ TSPN SALT
1 TSPN GREEN CHILLI
2 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES
2 TBSP FLOUR
MIX WELL
RUB SOME OIL IN HAND
SOME MOZZARELLA CHEESE
TAKE SOME DOUGH
PLACE THE CHEESE
COVER WITH DOUGH
2 TBSP FLOUR
2 TBSP CORN FLOUR
¼ TSPN SALT
1/3 CUP WATER
MIX WELL
DIP IN SLURRY
COAT WITH BREADCRUMB
YOU CAN STORE IT FOR 1 MONTH IN FREEZER
FRY IN MEDIUM HEATED OIL
FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
