A lady in our town who rode her horse around town sold baked goods that were delicious. She was also a nurse. Everyone knew her as Miss Catherine. She was in her seventies and baked potato chip cookies that were delicious. I don't remember any flavor morsels being in them. These look so good. Thank you for sharing the recipe

My grandma made these every single year for Christmas. I'm 54 so they have been around a long time. 😂 We love them!!! So folks try these you want regret it at all. If I didn't have grandchildren I would make them and hide in the closet and eat them all!!! 😂 Use ruffles brand chips though. They hold up much much much better. I've tried both.

I used to make Potato Chips Cookies. Everyone loved them. I can't find my recipe, but I do remember using 3 different flavorings. Also , it would set overnight in the refrigerator then bake the next day. It would get up to 4 dozen cookies.

I've always wanted to try these. I would use semi-sweet or dark chocolate morsels with the "kettle-cooked" style of potato chips. I like a less sweet chocolate chip cookie and the salty crunch would make them even better!

My recipe is very similar except: No morsels of any kind! The chips are s the star-only potato chips & pecans. I stop using the machine I love these cookies, along with pecan sandies & oatmeal-rice krispies cookies! I like crispy cookies, like sugar cookies.
