Have you ever tried pizza with chip bits on top? I used to go to a place in Ohio that used the broken bits of chips on their pizzas as a top-of-the-cheese topping, and they were great! Thought my boyfriend at the time was crazy when he told me about it. These cookies sound like a great treat for the public service workers. I love to take the police and city workers treats sometimes, just as a surprise.
