the toffee was imho the best part of the cake! I was so excited for it and that it was real toffee! yum. The cookies were total trash to me. The mint was pure toothpaste - crest cookie. I normally am a huge fan of mint but the crumbl version was not food to me. The blueberry toppings were too sweet and made it gross. I agree with you about having berries and a fresh topping would be better or a blueberries and cream would be nice but not buttercream! It was cloyingly sweet. They've had such good toppings before that I don't understand why they chose this terribly sweet buttercream for a blueberry cookie. So sad. I totally agree on the potato chip one and the peanut butter one. You were spot on for them. I tried them both. You didn't miss out on the peanut butter. If they had used peanut butter chips it might have been good but it bored me and wasn't sweet enough. Tasted like nothing.
