For Stuffing
Marination
500 grms meat mince
salt to taste
1 tsp ginger finely chopped
1 tsp garlic finely chopped
3/4 tsp turmeric powder
3/4 tsp spice powder (cinammon, pepper, cloves and geera powder)
3/4 tsp chilly powder
2 tbsp lime juice
for cooking Stuffing
2 tbsp oil
2 medium size onion finely chopped
1 medium size tomato finely chopped
handful of coriander leaves
For potato paste covering
6 medium size potatoes (boiled, skinned and mashed)
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter
Rava/semolina or breadcrumbs to coat the chops
for frying chops
3 tbsp oil
