Really good and simple recipe! Made it today and it turned out great. One suggestion. Add half spoon of sugar, obe spoon of lemon juice and some coriander leaves to finish off this perfect dish

This is the 'perfect' recipe. So simple and so tasty. Best made in coconut oil. I made it and it was superb. A telugu friend in school used to bring it in tiffin and i always wanted to try this but didnt know how to get the exact taste. Thanks to you, now I know. And this can be dried up a little( keeping it wet only) to use inside a dosa too.

This poori masala, potato masala, is done well n looking good. A dash of lime in the final stages of preparation cud have done better. Thank u.
