Potato Kugel!
Ingredients:
8 Potato (Idaho Potato is ideal)
2 Onions
1/2 Cup Canola Oil
5 Eggs (Beaten)
1 TB salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
Preheat Oven 425 F (218 C)
Pan Size 9 x 13 in.
Cook 1 hour. Enjoy!
